Hello - I'm Amanda.
For the first time, I've been able to bring together brilliant teachers in the wellness areas that truly underpin all aspects of health and tailor that for this weight loss programme. How you eat has to change, but it’s not as complicated as you might think. How you move really matters, and it has a huge impact on your shape and health. And mindset - understanding those feelings that create our behaviours, and mindfulness habits that can shift awareness and happiness.
I also feel the need to be part of something bigger than just my own experience - inspiring each other to feel our best is my mojo. I’m beyond excited about what we’re creating in this community.
